Kate Larsen (she/her) is an arts, cultural and non-profit consultant and writer with more than 25 years’ experience in the non-profit, government and cultural sectors in Australia, Asia and the UK. She is a thought-leader in the areas of governance and cultural leadership, workplace culture, online communities, and community-led practice.

Working under her own name and that of her alter ego, Katie Keys (or ‘tinylittlepoems’), Kate is also a writer and professional poet-in-residence.
